New local leadership will focus on driving continued growth and increasing agent production
FEBRUARY 25, 2014 – SANTA ANA, CA – Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC (Carrington), a corporately owned and operated national brokerage, today announced that it has once again expanded its coverage to support real estate consumers across the U.S. In response to growing demand in multiple key markets, the company has added offices in Farmingville, New York, Stockbridge, Georgia and Arlington Heights, Illinois, and has appointed new local leadership in Chicago and Valencia, California.
Carrington’s new Farmingville, Stockbridge and Arlington Heights brick and mortar locations offer multiple branding opportunities and will be led by Local Office Leaders Rachel Fernandez, Dionne Fuller and Paul Ambrogio, respectively. Other leadership appointments include Local Office Leaders Lori Wyatt in Chicago and Melanie Goocher in Valencia, California. Drawing from their extensive industry experience and local market knowledge, Fernandez, Fuller, Ambrogio, Wyatt and Goocher will work toward proactively driving growth in their respective regions, adding agents to meet increasing demand and providing those agents with the professional guidance necessary to ensure the exceptional service for which Carrington has become known.

Local Office Leader Rachel Fernandez became a real estate broker in 1992 following a successful career in high-end retail sales management. Her passion for real estate empowered her to establish and lead her own full-service real estate brokerage serving various markets in the New York area. Now part of Carrington, Fernandez and her team in Farmingville, New York are poised for further expansion, growing their operation to effectively support increasing consumer demand within this region. Fernandez is an active member in her community, a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS, the Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Hispanic REALTORS and the National Association of Women REALTORS, and is a certified REO Specialist.
Real estate has always been a passion for Local Office Leader Dionne Fuller, who opens Carrington’s Stockbridge, Georgia location with seven agents and an aggressive plan to grow that sales team to 50 within the next year. Fuller has spent the past 26 years working in many facets across the industry, making her a key resource for a variety of real estate clients. Beyond real estate sales, she has previous experience in commercial property management with corporate property investors and residential management as a regional manager for national and local real estate, property management and development companies. Fuller has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007, holds a Georgia Broker’s License, and has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
Local Office Leader Paul Ambrogio is an Illinois real estate broker of 23 years with a reputation for motivating his agents to consistently achieve optimal customer satisfaction. As an independent, Ambrogio established a successful full-service real estate brokerage to serve the Illinois counties of Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane and McHenry, effectively accommodating the needs of clients in these culturally-diverse markets by hiring seasoned sales associates who are fluent in the languages spoken in these areas: Spanish, Polish, Russian, Hindi, Tagalog/Philippine, Fookien (Chinese), Greek, Romanian, Bulgarian and Serbian. As part of Carrington, Ambrogio’s 10-person office in Arlington Heights, Illinois is preparing for rapid growth in order to provide exceptional service to even more consumers.
Chicago Local Office Leader Lori Wyatt joins Carrington with 20 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. A natural leader and mentor, Wyatt has a proven ability to attract top talent and train agents in ways that noticeably enhance their skills and empower them to grow their careers while boosting brand recognition at the regional level. Wyatt has been recognized as a top residential producer with the Chicago Association of REALTORS (CAR) every year since 2000. She is a graduate of Columbia College, a licensed CAR broker and a certified instructor with the Illinois Association of REALTORS.
Melanie Goocher joined Carrington in 2012 and was recently promoted to Local Office Leader in Valencia, California – a prime example of the growth opportunities available to motivated and productive Carrington agents. Goocher began her real estate career at the age of 18 as a sales agent for Century 21 in Garland, Texas, where she became a top listing agent and was named REO team manager within her first year. Several years later, she obtained her broker’s license and started her own firm, quickly growing the business to 60 agents and demonstrating her skill as an effective mentor. Now a Southern California resident of five years, Goocher continues to find joy in watching brand new agents grow in their careers from completing their very first closings to becoming top industry producers.
