The event will be held on the weekend of February 23rd and 24th.
GCA Equity Partners will present a free educational session on private lending for real estate investors who would like to learn about investment alternatives to buying property.
The presentation will cover the private lending model, its advantages and disadvantages relative to other real estate investing strategies, and how to structure deals to best take advantage of the current real estate market conditions.
