Before we get too carried away…..

A long-time client called earlier this week for our thoughts on the demand for new housing versus the supply of lots and resale housing. 

 He had also been reading the sensationalized headlines in the general press and a couple of the comments of local “experts” relative to a continuing “rush of cash buyers” into our housing market.
